He earned his doctorate from Baylor University; his Masters of Divinity is from Gateway Seminary and his B.A. is in English Literature from West Texas A&M University.  He enjoys spending time with his family and church, reading, drinking coffee, working out, mountain biking, and skiing.  Most of all, he loves Jesus Christ and serving him in Santa Fe!

Chris received his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a B.B.A. in Finance from West Texas A&M University. Chris is married to Hannah and they have 4 children at home and 1 in Heaven. He enjoys adventuring with his familia, exploring the outdoors, savoring good food, and listening to music. Above all, he loves Jesus and is passionate about teaching the Bible & making disciples in Santa Fe and beyond!

Nina Gardner has been happily married since 2008 and has a heart for hospitality and organization. She enjoys creating thoughtful, welcoming spaces and finds joy in helping things run smoothly—whether at home or in her community. A lover of crafts, Nina spends her free time working on embroidery and other handmade projects that reflect her creativity and care.

At home, Nina’s heart is full: She was raised to love Jesus and is grateful to be married to Dave who continues to lead her and her kids in serving Him daily. She cherishes tight hugs from her kids, adores her pug & goldendoodle, and brings just the right amount of feisty spirit to keep everyone on their toes. 

Charlotte enjoys the opportunity to apply her accounting skills to serve the First Baptist Church family. She and her husband Steve are Santa Fe natives, they have two daughters and two black labs that keep them busy. You will find her serving in various areas of the church, but she has a heart for youth and women's ministry. Charlotte is so grateful to be on staff with such an amazing team that work together to serve the Lord and our church. 

Dayanna is from El Paso, TX and has been serving on staff for 3 years. She loves people, photography, gardening, music, food, and trying new things. Above all, she loves the Lord and is passionate about serving Him and the community of Santa Fe!

With a background in both ranch and camp cooking, Amy enjoys the opportunity to serve a generous helping of hospitality and service to our church family as their kitchen director.
Alongside kitchen volunteers, large church wide holiday food events are organized and weekly meals  are prepared for our Wednesday night prayer and bible study meetings.
Outside the kitchen, Amy and her bernese mountain dogs enjoy serving the community  with therapy dog visits to schools, libraries and colleges.
She and her husband Rob are also involved in international missions through IMD international.

Dan has 22 years of law enforcement experience including SWAT Team leader & Detective. He is happily married to Debi since 1981. Been a member of FBC for over 15 years and serves as a Deacon.
